Guidelines for Conducting SCV
A) Preparation and Arrival:
The assigned SH/AM/BM should arrive at the center meeting place five minutes before the scheduled time.
Punctuality of the Field Officer is recorded.
Attendance of center members is observed and recorded. Center attendance records are checked for accuracy. If below 80%, members are informed.
B) Center Meeting Observations:
The conduct of the center meeting is observed and recorded.
The seating arrangement of members.
The Center Leader’s role in running the meeting.
Inquiring about absentees and their retrieval.
Distribution and verification of official receipts.
Receipts organization and neatness.
Updating of passbooks and related records.
C) Supervisor’s Collection Check:
The Supervisor takes over from the Field Officer to spot phantom loans or under-disbursement.
Ensures completeness of collections.
Observes the Field Officer’s insistence on 100% collection.
Records any deviations and requires corrective actions.
Observes the duration of the meeting.
D) Minimum SCV Requirements:
BMs must conduct at least three SCVs in a day, covering a minimum of 2 FOs.
Observations are documented on the standard SCV Report.
