Introduction
JLGs operate as a form of peer support. Members meet regularly to discuss business plans and loan utilization. Each member can receive an individual loan, but the group collectively ensures repayments. If one member faces difficulties, the others help cover the repayment. JLGs encourage responsibility and teamwork, leading to higher repayment rates.
